You will operate access control systems, alarms, CCTV, and intelligence platforms to identify and elevate incidents, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, routine reporting, and the flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security or alarm industry work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and service.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and document accurately.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple IT systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to emergencies promptly with professionalism.
• Provide world-class customer service to employees on safety concerns.
• Monitor access control, alarms, CCTV, and intel platforms and respond to threats.
• Prepare reports and document activities following procedures.
• Monitor open-source intel and news to identify threats and escalate.
