Control Risks is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor security systems and support incident response for a global technology client. You will coordinate real-time actions, document incidents, and help maintain a safe workplace.

Ideal candidates bring 0+ years in GSOC, a related degree, and strong decision-making and communication skills. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to grow in security technology and operations.

Formación

• 0+ years of GSOC or security operations experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Interest in security operations and incident response.
• Ability to remain composed in fast-moving or high-pressure situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security technologies.
• Evaluate incidents in real time and coordinate responses with security partners and stakeholders.
• Create accurate incident documentation to support awareness and improvement.
• Support security protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Train on security technology and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen security operations.
