Job summary

Triumph Protection Group is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. You will oversee front-line security operations, enforce SOPs, and coach analysts to deliver clear, intelligence-led decisions during incidents.

The role requires 4+ years in GSOC or security operations, hands-on experience with VMS and access control, and the ability to lead across all shifts in a 24/7 environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• ASIS CPP/PSP or FEMA ICS certifications.
• Experience in a corporate Fusion Center model.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GSOC operations across shifts.
• Enforce SOPs and incident command during events.
• Coach analysts to deliver clear, intel-led decisions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure structured responses.
• Maintain logs and privacy compliance for all shift records.
