Job summary

Triumph Protection Group, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a GSOC Operator to join our security operations team.

This full-time role involves around-the-clock monitoring and rapid incident response to protect personnel, facilities, and business operations. The operator will use CCTV, access control, alarm systems, OSINT, and internal platforms, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely incident handling and continuity of operations.

Qualifications

• Education GED or High School Diploma required.
• 12–18 months of related experience preferred; military or law enforcement background encouraged.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and pass criminal background checks.
• Willingness to undergo training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to identify security incidents.
• Document and maintain records of communications and events.
• Analyze and report intelligence on incidents using OSINT tools.
• Coordinate with GSOC leadership and external partners for incident response.
• Dispatch officers to calls and communicate with operations and law enforcement.
• Prepare incident reports and support investigations.
• Participate in training exercises and root-cause analysis.
