Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a strategic GSOC leader to oversee 24/7 operations, develop staffing, and drive performance across a team of GSOC Supervisors and Analysts.

You will manage payroll, performance reviews, incident command during crises, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and facilities to align security with enterprise risk management. This role emphasizes operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and delivering world-class security to protect people

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate security or related fields with 3+ years leading 24/7 GSOC teams
• Experience managing frontline supervisors and workforce planning
• Experience with performance metrics and UBOT targets below 0.5%
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to a 24/7 GSOC team including coaching and mentorship
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management
• Develop staffing models and shift schedules balancing coverage and budget
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and workforce compliance
• Drive KPI performance and maintain UBOT targets
• Ensure SOPs and incident playbooks are followed
• Act as incident commander during critical security events
• Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
