Job summary

Triumph Protection Group is hiring a GSOC Operator in Santa Clara, CA, for full-time day and night shifts on a 24/7 rotation. The role focuses on monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls, with rapid escalation and coordinated incident response.

The ideal candidate will have 12–18 months of relevant experience, a GED or HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and security clearances as required by the client.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 12–18 months of experience preferred; prior military/law enforcement or open source investigations a plus.
• Must have a valid State driver’s license and pass a background check/security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to identify incidents.
• Document and maintain records of security events.
• Collect, analyze and report intelligence on incidents using OSINT tools.
• Coordinate with GSOC leadership and internal/external teams to ensure timely response.
• Dispatch officers to calls and communicate with internal and external teams.
