Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience or related field.
• Experience supervising a team of operators is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations for assigned shifts.
• Ensure staffing levels and qualifications meet policy and procedures.
• Draft and distribute shift briefings and updates.
• Monitor incidents and coordinate with client locations globally.
• Manage emergencies and crisis communications.
• Maintain GSOC dashboards and knowledge management tools.
