Job summary

Leidos seeks a Vice President of Growth to lead growth, capture, and business development for the Mission Solutions Business Area within the Intelligence Sector. The role drives an enterprise IT modernization focus and collaboration with senior IC, DoD, and national security customers.

You will lead major captures, set competitive pricing, and shape execution models across OTAs and other procurement pathways, while mentoring a distributed team to deliver strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 13+ years.
• Proven track record leading and winning complex captures ($100M+).
• Strong understanding of IC/DoD missions and OTAs/nontraditional procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and multi-year pipeline for MSBA across IT, intel, and mission platforms.
• Oversee business development, account planning, and customer engagement with senior customers.
• Shape differentiated solutions with solution architects and program managers; drive captures.
• Mentor a dispersed BD/capture workforce and integrate innovative tools.
