Job summary

Leidos is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as Vice President / Division Manager for the SIGINT Solutions Division in Columbia, MD. You will lead 300+ staff, manage a $220M+ division, and shape strategy, growth, and operational excellence across mission software, cyber, AI/ML, and SIGINT domains.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph, 15+ years leadership experience, and a track record of growing programs and expanding partnerships with the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, complex technical teams and organizations.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community and/or DoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division's strategic, operational, financial, technical, and program performance.
• Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy with Business Development and Capture teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive execution across a complex portfolio with backlogs, roadmaps, and contracts.
• Foster a high-performing workforce and leadership team; develop talent for growth.
