Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to drive growth with MPO among the Intelligence Community, leveraging mission insight to shape opportunities well before solicitations. You will operate at the intersection of mission, customer and technology, aligning Leidos capabilities with emerging needs to position for wins.

You will build trusted relationships, articulate winning strategies, and mobilize the enterprise across Growth, Operations and Technology to advance pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 13+ years.
• Experience identifying, shaping and developing business within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Strong GovCon business development tradecraft and understanding of Federal acquisition, contracting and procurement.
• Current and meaningful relationships across the Intelligence Community and relevant industry ecosystem.
• Ability to translate mission challenges and customer needs into growth strategies and opportunities.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
