Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years in a mix of management consulting/investment banking and a high-growth startup.

• Take new channels from zero to one, launch, scale, define metrics, and collaborate with creative teams.
• Own our biggest growth bets across marketing, wherever they sit: a new channel, a stuck step in the funnel, or emerging opportunities.
• Define what good looks like, then make it happen. Set metrics, targets, and build tracking; design incrementality tests to measure impact.
