Forus, a New York-based AI-powered network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma, seeks a Strategy & Operations leader to own high-impact initiatives spanning data, product, and go-to-market efforts.

You will partner with engineers to design and launch AI-powered workflows, drive cross-functional projects, and balance rapid growth with long-term profitability in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Experience with data analysis and cross-functional work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with AI-powered automation and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own problems and outcomes from start to finish across data, product, and GTM areas.
• Develop and maintain analyses to drive prioritization decisions.
• Build and scale AI-powered workflows in collaboration with engineers.
• Explore strategic partnerships and new products/services for growth.
• Partner with CEO and team to balance growth speed with profitability.
