Spring Health is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Growth Strategy in New York, NY. You will own 0-to-1 bets, run experiments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale opportunities. This is a full-time role based in NYC with hybrid work.

Bring 5–7 years of experience (consulting preferred), BA/BS required with MBA a plus, and proven AI fluency. You’ll own ambiguity, drive results, and shape growth at a global mental health company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with 0-to-1 building experience.
• Consulting background strongly preferred with startup exposure.
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, not required.
• AI fluency and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Clear ownership and appetite for ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new bets from scratch, own hypothesis, prove unit economics.
• Leverage data-driven insights to design and build new ventures.
• Design and run fast, lean experiments to signal product-market fit.
• Mobilize stakeholders across functions to bring bets to market.
• Identify and integrate AI/automation to speed output and quality.
• Track external trends and benchmarks to inform innovation.
