You will participate in comprehensive onboarding, receive mentorship, and advance through the SDR Advance Program, building robust sales skills and practical strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong lead generation and outbound calling skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a lead generation plan to meet or exceed quota targets.
• Generate pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and strategic outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine selling strategies and plan next steps.
• Participate in onboarding, training, meetings, and development programs.
• Exceed weekly/monthly goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity.
• Capture accurate information in Deltek's sales tools.
