Job summary

YES Contracting Services is seeking a Growth Operations Manager in Johnson City, TN to lead revenue growth with a hands-on approach. You will own lead flow, CRM discipline, sales accountability, and market expansion playbooks, working directly with ownership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong numerical literacy, experience in sales operations or revenue ops, and proven capability to drive KPIs, vendor coordination, and data-driven decisions to scale the business into nearby

Qualifications

Proven experience managing people, KPIs, accountability, operations, and growth-focused environments.
Experience with CRMs, sales software, dashboards, and marketing performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the revenue growth system, including lead intake, follow-up, CRM usage, and vendor coordination.
Hold staff and vendors accountable to KPIs, reporting, and weekly performance.
Track and report key metrics: lead performance, speed-to-lead, close rate, and margin.
Oversee marketing performance across multiple channels (Google, PPC, social, referrals).
Develop repeatable sales training, lead flow SOPs, and market expansion playbooks.
Test markets for controlled expansion, assess demand, margins, and budget needs.
Collaborate with ownership and teams to identify bottlenecks and fix revenue leaks.
