Job summary

First Order Effects in Washington, DC or Austin, TX, on-site with situational telework, seeks a Revenue Operations lead to own the CRM, dashboards, and pipeline reporting for the growth team. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and brief the CEO and leadership regularly.

You will build workflows, define stage criteria, and monitor pipeline health. Expect advanced spreadsheet work and BI tooling, plus experience with government contracting.

Qualifications

• CRM as system of record management experience.
• 2–5 years in revenue operations or related field.
• Ability to analyze inputs and produce actionable briefs.
• Experience with government contracting or defense a plus.
• Strong Excel and BI/dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM as system of record with up-to-date opportunities.
• Run hygiene cadence to fix stale deals and missing fields.
• Define stage criteria and enforce them.
• Build CRM workflows and integrations (Slack alerts, reports).
• Create dashboards for CGO, CEO, and board.
• Deliver weekly pipeline reviews and monthly growth summaries.
• Coordinate customer, partner, and government engagements.
• Prepare pre-briefs and post-brief notes; log engagements in CRM.
