Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking a driven Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a defined portfolio of commercial clients and drive revenue growth with operational excellence. You will manage onboarding, service delivery, issue resolution, and client retention, while expanding services and leading vendors to meet client expectations.

This field-based leadership role requires travel across East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of success in B2B account management, operations, territory management, facility services, or related services.
• Demonstrated record of retaining clients and growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to discuss performance, pricing, contracts with business decision-makers.
• Ability to lead without direct authority by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
• High level of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel throughout East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and become their go-to resource for facility-service needs.
• Own the client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery, issue resolution, retention, and account expansion.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality-control inspections to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Anticipate issues and drive them to resolution with proactive communication.
• Lead service partners and contractors to ensure quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Coordinate successful launches of new accounts, including staffing, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and lead the sales process for additional services.
