• Oversee the revenue side of the business: lead flow, office intake, sales rep accountability, follow-up, marketing performance, CRM discipline, reporting, and controlled market expansion.
• Test markets before adding overhead, generate and track leads, manage sales coverage, protect margins, and help leadership make growth decisions based on numbers.
