Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a defined portfolio of commercial clients and drive revenue growth through exceptional service. You will build executive-level relationships, oversee onboarding, and coordinate service performance across partners and internal teams.

This field-based leadership role requires travel throughout East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, a track record of retaining clients, and the ability to identify opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in B2B account management or related roles
• Proven ability to retain clients and grow revenue within existing accounts
• Strong commercial instincts for pricing, contracts, and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and become their go-to resource
• Own the client experience from onboarding through service delivery, retention, and expansion
• Conduct regular site visits and quality-control inspections
• Lead service partners and contractors toward quality and performance
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Own the sales process for additional services within your portfolio
