Job summary

Bold.org is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own day-to-day revenue operations, align budgets with partner goals, and drive growth through data-driven insights. You will renegotiate pricing, conduct cohort analyses, and build dashboards to inform marketing, revenue, and retention strategies.

The role requires strong SQL, forecasting, and experience with AI-driven tools, plus excellent communication for a distributed team across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-intensity, highly analytical role
• 1+ years of experience with digital marketing and tech startups
• Strong SQL skills for database interaction and dashboard building
• Proficiency with AI-driven engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
• Strong foundation in forecasting, modeling, and growth principles (CRO, cohort analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a distributed team

Responsibilities

• Own day to day revenue operations, ensuring partner goals, budgets, and KPIs are met
• Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities and renegotiate pricing and terms
• Perform key finance and growth analysis, including cohort analysis and LTV modeling
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations for marketing, revenue, and retention
• Automate time-consuming growth and revenue operations processes
