Job summary

TestEquity is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Analyst to enhance BI reporting, support CRM governance, and align sales processes with leadership goals. You will build dashboards, analyze revenue trends, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to optimize forecasting and territory planning.

You will implement data standards and collaborate on CRM/ERP integrations while delivering actionable insights to executives and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/analytics.
• 2–4 years in revenue or sales operations or analytics.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, and analysis.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, quota development, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on CRM/ERP integrations and data governance.
