Job summary

Clients Blackbox Inc is seeking a proactive individual for a dual role in sales and marketing to support their Meta advertising strategies. This hands-on position requires managing the entire sales pipeline and executing company marketing strategies aimed at attracting high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have significant B2B sales experience and be comfortable working independently.

Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000 with quarterly performance-based commissions, totaling approximately $150,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B closing experience.
• Proven track record earning $125,000+ total compensation.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own sales process from initial call to contract signing.
• Operate Meta advertising campaigns and marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain a sales playbook and objection library.
