Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a hands-on Sales & Marketing Leader to own the end-to-end process from first conversation to signed contract while also building our internal marketing strategy.

This fully remote role in the United States focuses on selling professional services to RIAs and financial advisory firms, running Meta advertising campaigns, and shaping brand, content, and demand generation. Opportunity to lead a team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not just lead qual).
• Earning $125,000+ total compensation in prior roles.
• Experience selling professional services on 2–6 week SMB/mid-market cycles.
• Hands-on paid media or strong direct response/digital marketing knowledge.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline tracking.
• Comfort as a sole contributor across sales and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Own sales and marketing from initial convo to signed contract.
• Run discovery calls, strategy, pitches, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a sales playbook and follow-up sequences.
• Own internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategy.
• Lead branding, demand generation, content/assets creation.
• Collaborate with CEO and founding team; potential future team leadership.
