Scale AI is seeking a Growth Program Manager to own and execute high-impact programs that onboard and enable engineers, finance pros, scientists, and other domain experts to help AI systems reason effectively. You will drive strategy, build scalable processes, and lead teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will design AI-powered workflows, stand up dashboards, and run experiments to optimize pipeline, conversion, and retention.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in program operations, growth, recruiting, or similar
• Owned a program end-to-end and accountable for outcomes
• Able to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed planning
• Experience building/managing distributed or contractor teams
• Strong prioritization judgment under constraints
• Data-driven with ability to analyze funnels and metrics (SQL/Python)
• Built AI-enabled tools or workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Slack/email

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy for programs: define goals, levers, and investment
• Own end-to-end execution; accountable for pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, retention
• Build and lead cross-functional teams; hire leads and set performance standards
• Create sustainable expert pipelines via outreach, new channels, and creative approaches
• Build AI workflows and automations to replace manual sourcing, outreach, screening, onboarding, reporting
• Stand up reporting showing program performance, gaps, and actions
• Run experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, process, tooling; convert successes into playbooks
• Partner with growth leads, operations, project teams, and vendors to align priorities
• Hand off programs to steady state and take on new initiatives
