Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program operations, growth, recruiting or workforce operations, strategy and operations, or a similar role.
• Owned a program end to end, from strategy to execution, and fixed issues when needed.
• Able to move between big-picture thinking and details; comfortable with plans and spreadsheets.
• Experience building and managing teams, ideally distributed or contractor-based.
• Data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing funnels, and making decisions from imperfect data (SQL or Python).
• Built AI-driven workflows or automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool, or Apps Script.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for programs: define goals, identify levers, decide where to invest.
• Own execution end to end and be accountable for outcomes like pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention.
• Build and lead teams that run programs, hiring leads and setting expectations.
• Develop sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach and new channels.
• Create AI workflows and automations to replace manual sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and reporting.
• Establish reporting showing program performance and gaps.
• Run experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, and tooling; turn results into playbooks.
