Job summary

Scale, based in the United States, seeks a Growth Program Manager to own and scale growth programs across engineers, finance professionals, scientists, and domain specialists. You will decide what to build, execute end-to-end, and use AI to maintain scale while preventing breakdowns.

You will lead teams, define goals, measure outcomes like pipeline and retention, andPartner with growth leads, operations, and vendors to keep work unblocked.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program operations, growth, recruiting or workforce operations, strategy and operations, or a similar role.
• Owned a program end to end, from strategy to execution, and held accountability for outcomes.
• Able to switch between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented planning.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for your programs, defining goals and levers.
• Own end-to-end execution and be accountable for pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention.
• Build and lead teams, including hiring leads and setting performance standards.
• Develop sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach and new channels.
• Create AI workflows and automations to replace manual work in sourcing, outreach, screening, onboarding, and reporting.
• Stand up reporting to show program performance and gaps.
• Run experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, process, and tooling; convert effective ones into playbooks.
• Collaborate with growth leads, operations, project teams, and vendors to align priorities and unblock work.
• Hand off programs when in steady state and take on new initiatives.
