Scale AI seeks a Growth Program Manager to own end-to-end growth initiatives, recruiting engineers and domain specialists to train AI systems. You will define strategy, build scalable processes with AI-driven automation, and drive impact at scale.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ship pipelines improving pipeline metrics, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention. We value ownership, hands-on problem solving, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program operations, growth, recruiting or related roles.
• Ownership of end-to-end programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience balancing big-picture strategy with detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for growth programs and identify key levers.
• Own end-to-end execution with accountability for pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, including hiring leads with clear expectations.
• Develop sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach and new channels.
• Create AI-driven workflows to replace manual sourcing, onboarding, and reporting.
• Stand up dashboards and reporting to track program health and gaps.
• Run experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, and tooling, turning successful ones into playbooks.
• Collaborate with growth, operations, project teams, and vendors to unblock work.
• Hand off mature programs and start new initiatives.
