Job summary

Scale is seeking a Growth Program Manager to own the programs that find, engage, and onboard engineers, scientists, and other domain specialists to help AI systems reason in their field.

This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll decide what to build, drive it from concept to scale, and use AI/workflows to keep programs running smoothly as they grow. You’ll report on outcomes and continuously improve playbooks for repeatable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program operations or growth roles.
• Owned end-to-end programs and drove outcomes.
• Balance big-picture thinking with detail work.
• Experience building and managing distributed or contractor teams.
• Data-driven with SQL or Python analyses.
• Built AI workflows and automation used by teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for programs: goals, levers, and investment decisions.
• Own end-to-end execution with pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, retention outcomes.
• Build and lead teams, hiring leads and setting performance standards.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for sourcing, outreach, screening, onboarding, and reporting.
• Stand up dashboards and reporting to measure program health and gaps.
• Run experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, process, and tooling; turn wins into playbooks.
• Collaborate with growth leads, operations, project teams, and vendors.
• Handoffs: when steady state is reached, move on to the next program.
