Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Growth/Recruiting Ops leader to own end-to-end growth programs, campaigns, and onboarding. You will champion the brand, optimize the candidate experience, and improve pipelines with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and expert use of recruiting systems like Greenhouse. You will build scalable campaigns, manage reporting, and partner with senior leadership to drive impactful hiring initiatives while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth/recruiting/RecOps at a rapidly growing company.
• Extensive Greenhouse site admin experience and ability to pull ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth program end-to-end: top-of-funnel campaigns, applications processing, hiring and onboarding.
• Represent brand and promote value proposition to candidates and stakeholders; drive engagement.
• Optimize full growth funnel for conversion and experience.
• Build and lead growth recruiting campaigns and channels to meet business goals.
• Be SME for recruiting systems and processes; provide training as needed.
• Own internal reporting and analytics; keep hiring data clean in systems.
• Drive initiatives to improve workflow, data infrastructure, and reporting.
• Flag discrepancies in hiring plans and processes; maintain data integrity.
