Job summary

ScholarshipOwl is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the conversion engine from first touchpoint to paid subscription. This is a high-velocity, data-driven role that values action over perfection.

You will map funnels, design experiments, and ship tests with engineers and designers to grow revenue and retention. You’ll analyze cohorts, optimize pricing, and empower cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Growth-focused Product Management experience.
• Proven track record with A/B testing and KPI improvements.
• Data fluency with product analytics tools.
• Experience with SaaS/subscription products.
• Ability to write dev-ready specs.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Experience with Gen-Z or B2C products.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion engine from landing to paid subscription.
• Prioritize and manage experimentation roadmap.
• Monitor funnel and retention metrics.
• Draft precise product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Design pricing and offer optimization tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews with Gen-Z.
