Job summary

Upbound Group, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager – Conversion to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the customer journey from application through funded agreement. You will own a portfolio focused on reducing friction and increasing conversion across digital, retail, and assisted channels.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including team leadership.
• Experience owning customer-facing digital products and complex journeys.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Conversion portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across channels.
• Own end-to-end customer journey from application to funded agreement.
