Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager, OX Growth to own retention, adoption, and expansion across active organizations. You will centralize cross-product retention and monetization strategy to ensure organizations realize value from Fundraise Up products after activation.

You will define the growth roadmap, diagnose blockers, and validate interventions before delivery, driving measurable impact on APV and ARR per Active Customer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management.
• Senior+ level of scope and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation.
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Define Retention & Expansion Strategy and 6–12 month roadmap.
• Lead structured discovery across customer interviews and data analysis.
• Own Product Adoption & Expansion Initiatives across orgs.
• Drive cross-functional retention programs with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product.
• Measure outcomes with a metric tree for retention and monetization.
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML-enabled personalization.
