Job summary

Upbound Group, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager – Conversion to lead the strategy and execution of the customer journey from application through funded agreement. You will own a portfolio focused on reducing friction and increasing conversion across digital, retail, and assisted channels.

You will lead Product Managers, partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of product teams.
• Experience owning customer-facing digital products and complex journeys.
• Experience improving conversion funnels via experimentation & analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, retail, eCommerce, leasing, lending, or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Conversion portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to foster ownership and customer obsession.
• Own end-to-end customer journey from application to funded agreement and reduce friction.
• Partner with UX to create low-friction experiences across web, mobile, retail, and assisted channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize capabilities while balancing innovation and stability.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to improve funnel performance and outcomes.
• Track KPI performance and drive ROI and customer satisfaction.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
