Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer for a partner-based role focused on DTC and eCommerce growth. You will own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, run structured tests, and connect advertising metrics to revenue and profitability.

This remote, APAC-friendly position requires strong analytical skills and ownership mindset. You will collaborate with growth, creative, and CRO teams, build forecasts and budget plans, and communicate insights to founders and senior

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven ability to scale large paid media budgets and show commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side experience with DTC/eCommerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and payback periods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Develop and execute structured testing across channels, assets, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven allocation.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, identify opportunities, improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin and payback periods.
• Connect advertising results to revenue, profitability, and P&L outcomes.
• Build forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve customer journey.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for founders and clients.
• Participate in strategy sessions and continuous growth process improvements.
