HubFit is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will manage budgets, build high-velocity creative tests, and optimize full-funnel campaigns to hit CAC/ROAS targets.

You will develop OKRs, partner with creative teams, and maintain dashboards for leadership. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of profitably managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Strong data skills with proven CAC/ROAS targeting and clean attribution (Pixel/Conversions API).
• Autonomy to own the end-to-end execution pipeline from briefs to optimization.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok with budget ownership and bidding strategy.
• Define and track performance marketing OKRs aligned with growth and revenue targets.
• Partner with design/creative teams for rapid ad testing and data-driven briefs.
• Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and funnel metrics; optimize landing pages and signups.
• Build dashboards to report ROAS, CAC, and attribution insights to leadership.
