Team Up is seeking a Growth Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more for international audiences. You will own funnel performance, manage five-figure budgets, and derive insights to drive growth across our brands.

You will collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to craft effective strategies, improve performance, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives through data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proven experience managing five-figure advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Experience running paid campaigns across international markets.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising pixels, Conversions API, and tracking.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage five-figure budgets across markets and audiences to maximize performance.
• Develop campaign strategies for international markets considering local nuances.
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Set up tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising pixels, Conversions API, and UTM parameters.
• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues to ensure accurate data.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel performance.
