Jobgether is seeking a Global Performance Marketing Manager to lead B2B paid media across markets. You will manage a multi-market budget, optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and mentor a team of paid marketing specialists.

You will apply data-driven insights to improve lead quality, drive volume within CPA targets, and explore AI-powered workflows to scale performance in a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (6–8+ years).
• Proven track record growing revenue via paid media strategies.
• Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid advertising strategy across multiple platforms.
• Drive volume of qualified leads while maintaining CPA targets.
• Manage multi-market paid media budgets and forecast spend.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to content/design teams.
• Develop structured creative testing programs and scale insights.
• Mentor paid marketing specialists and introduce AI workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing ops, analytics, and lead-gen teams to improve performance.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across campaigns.
