You will manage budgets, test new channels, and partner with creative, brand, and analytics teams to optimize ROAS and lifecycle marketing. This role demands strong analytical skills and a proven track record across major platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or related digital role.
• Experience scaling campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Strong analytics, attribution, CRM, and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and display.
• Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns for launches and evergreen products.
• Manage campaign performance, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
• Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, and margin improvements.
• Forecast budgets and prepare performance reports.
• Create testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and bids.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams on ads and landing pages.
• Translate insights into actionable briefs.
• Support integrated 360° campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Identify new channels and testing opportunities.
