Job summary

Project FoodBox, a Food as Medicine company delivering medically tailored groceries nationwide, seeks a Strategic Growth & Partnerships Associate to drive business development and partnerships. This remote role reports to the Head of Sales and collaborates with leadership across marketing, operations, and programs.

You will identify partner prospects, conduct market research, coordinate events, and manage the partnership pipeline in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related to population health or nutrition.
• 3+ years supporting business development, partnerships, marketing, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience coordinating projects or events across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience working in a CRM to track pipeline and partner activity.
• Comfort building presentations and stakeholder-facing materials in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support partner prospecting and outreach to identify new opportunities.
• Run market research to inform growth strategies and partnerships.
• Coordinate conference and exhibit activity from planning to on-site execution.
• Maintain partnership projects and pilots across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, reports, and stakeholder materials for talks.
• Maintain pipeline in HubSpot and keep partner records accurate.
• Support educational publications and social content to build market presence.
