Job summary

DoorDash is expanding its Mid-Market Grocery team to acquire, grow, and deepen partnerships with grocers and CPG brands across North America. The Grocery Partnerships Associate will support strategic initiatives and manage merchant relationships, with flexibility for remote work, in‑office collaboration, and travel to meet partners.

You will report to a Grocery Partnerships Manager and help drive partner initiatives, develop long-term plans, and align resources to grow partners' digital

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
• 3+ years of cross-functional operational experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
• Prior investment banking, consulting experience (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new business opportunities
• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their multi-channel customer strategies
• Maintain pitch decks and sales content to help create new business opportunities
• Build product testing and roll-outs on the ground with grocery and cross-functional team members
• Work with partners across DoorDash to align companywide resources to help build‑out our partners' digital businesses
