DoorDash is seeking a Grocery Partnerships Associate to support the acquisition, growth, and deepening of grocers and CPG brands across North America. You will report to a Grocery Partnerships Manager and help drive strategic partner initiatives while traveling as needed to meet merchant partners.

You’ll work across remote and in‑office settings to develop long-term plans, maintain sales content, and build pilots with partners to scale their digital grocery businesses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
• 3+ years of cross-functional operational experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience preferred
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
• Prior investment banking or consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new business opportunities
• Develop long-term business plans with partners for multi-channel customer strategies
• Maintain pitch decks and sales content to create new business opportunities
• Build product testing and roll-outs with grocery and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with DoorDash teams to align resources for partners' digital businesses
