Job summary

Wellthy Care Network is seeking a Growth Associate to own the full sales cycle for small and mid-market prospects (under 1,000 employees) across the US and internationally in a remote role.

You will lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations, while developing partnerships with brokers, benefits platforms, and related vendors to expand distribution channels. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in sales, business development, or related client-facing role.
• Experience in employee benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Experience managing full-cycle deals from prospecting to close; marketing/outreach experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients under 1,000 employees, from outreach to close.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and finalist presentations tailored to prospect needs.
• Draft and negotiate order forms, pricing proposals, and contract terms with Legal.
• Support broker and consultant relationships tied to smaller-segment deals.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand distribution channels.
• Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new pipeline.
• Represent Wellthy at industry conferences and events, including logistics and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing on collateral, case studies, and campaign messaging for under-1,000 segment.
• Track and report on pipeline health and campaign performance to CGO.
