SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids - 10792 is seeking a Business Development Representative to raise brand awareness and share the SERVPRO story. You should be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals.

The position includes a salary base with monthly commissions. You will build relationships in the sales territory, participate in marketing events, and use marketing software to document calls and track lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build and strengthen relationships with contacts in sales territory via daily marketing calls.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for the assigned territory.
• Increase territory revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
