Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Growth Partnerships Manager to shape and lead our partnerships strategy as we expand in the US market. You will own the budget, drive CPA and ROI targets, and partner with affiliates, influencers, and sponsors to accelerate growth.

You’ll manage end-to-end activations, report performance to senior leadership, and collaborate with finance, legal, and creative teams to scale impact. This is a senior, high-autonomy role with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, BD or growth roles for a consumer brand, including shaping commercial strategy.
• Fluent in core acquisition metrics: CPA, revenue share, LTV, ROI and blended CAC.
• Experience running activations end-to-end and negotiating terms with partners.

Responsibilities

• Set the partnerships strategy and roadmap; justify investments to senior leadership.
• Own the partnerships budget and unit economics; track CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Activate sponsorships and partnerships end-to-end: planning, brief, ship, measure.
• Manage partner relationships and day-to-day communications; escalate when needed.
• Monitor performance and optimize spend across channels; develop repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, finance, and legal teams.
