Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager in California to drive market expansion and new business opportunities. You will lead pursuit teams, develop proposals, and close strategically important deals, leveraging your 5–7 years of sales experience in commercial security or systems integration.

You will cultivate relationships with customers and partners, manage the pipeline, and contribute to a high-performance team culture within a premier service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with 2+ years in commercial security or systems integration.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential markets and expand the customer base.
• Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals.
• Present proposals to decision makers and close deals timely.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with 3:1 target coverage.
• Engage partners and customers to grow recurring revenue.
