Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales and business development preferred.
• Experience in commercial security/ systems integration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential markets and customers; develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals with quotes and business case.
• Present proposals to decision makers and manage objections to close deals.
• Engage partners and customers to grow the pipeline.
• Support recruitment processes and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
