Job summary

Hometouch Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to drive growth through a proactive network of referrals and strategic collaborations. This hands-on role focuses on opening doors, nurturing relationships and turning partnerships into tangible business opportunities across health and social care sectors.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Operations to ensure opportunities are followed up and progressed, while representing the company externally at events

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships or business development within healthcare or related sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide network.
• Proven track record of generating growth through referrals and partnerships.
• Strong networking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate partnerships into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a partnerships strategy to generate referrals, leads and opportunities.
• Identify and build relationships with healthcare, social care, charities and professional networks.
• Manage a network of referral partners and opportunities within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Operations to convert partnerships into clients.
• Attend meetings and events to open new opportunities and broaden the referral network.
• Create compelling partnership propositions and new referral pathways.
