Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dynamic business development professional to act as the primary relationship manager with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals and health systems. This role focuses on growing referrals and educating partners on Enhabit services to support post-acute care transitions.

You will drive growth through strong communication, strategic outreach, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work.
• Two years minimum in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Medicare home health/hospice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, health systems, inpatient facilities, senior living communities, and professional associations.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive awareness and growth.
• Support care transitions and navigation to improve patient outcomes and referral source satisfaction.
