Job summary

Clio is seeking a senior business development leader to build and manage strategic partnerships with Big Tech, legal tech firms, ISVs, and other technology partners. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will identify high-value opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Legal to evaluate partnerships within a build, buy, partner framework, mentor a team, and execute monetization strategies while ensuring

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a strategic leader in partnerships or business development.
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses.
• Strong negotiation and complex deal-structuring skills.
• Experience working with product, engineering, and legal teams.
