Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Enterprise Customer Team in New York City. You will lead complex implementations for large law firms, from kickoff to hand-off to support, ensuring client value and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring strong Agile delivery, change management, and SaaS architecture understanding. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive adoption of platform features to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Experience managing projects with Agile methodologies in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong change management skills with tech-driven transformations.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and working with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.
• Interest in improving craft by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms from kickoff through hand-off to support.
• Guide projects through the implementation lifecycle including workshops, sprints, UAT and change management.
• Own the commercial success of projects, including budgets and profitability.
• Manage project plans and timelines, identify risks early, and solve complex problems.
• Coordinate resources across a portfolio, from small teams to 10+ members.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and communicate proactively to keep projects on track.
• Partner with internal teams to stay current on product features and turn them into best practices for clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes.
